This dress is gorgeous! I would keep it for myself, but it doesn’t fit me. It is 100% silk and also has sequins on it. Looks like it has been worn maybe once. It does have a missing belt. I didn’t realize this when I bought it. I think it would also look great without a belt! I had it dry cleaned, and it comes from a smoke free home. it is dry clean only.
